BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS THAT MATTER MORE THAN TECH.

Technology is changing our world faster than ever, and kids are feeling the impact. In this session, we’ll walk through what those changes really look like, how tech plays a role, and how that understanding can help us start finding solutions—together.

Beyond the algorithm: helping kids and schools navigate AI, safely

AI is opening up new possibilities for learners—but it’s not a magic fix, and it’s not without risks. In this session, we’ll explore what AI can actually do for kids, what it can’t, and where we need to be careful. From AI-powered homework help to digital companionship, we’ll unpack emerging use cases and offer a practical framework for understanding the risks and rewards—by age group.

Most AI policies and risk assessments, like the EU AI Act, are built with adults in mind. Kids are often left out of the conversation. So we’re asking: how do we prepare children for a future shaped by AI—while also protecting them from it?

providing what really matters to KIDS and screens can’t teach

What is at stake for children and how do we create a healthy environment for them, so that they can develop human capacities to master a changing world powered by screens and AI? How can they reclaim meaningful relationships, creativity, resilience, and mastery of self? Parents and educators discover practical ways they can use to lower kid’s risks of the digital life while giving them the tools to lead productive, meaningful, successful, and purposeful lives.
